I love spaghetti! How can we eat spaghetti though, on a low-carb diet? One way I have found is to substitute the high carb wheat pasta noodles, with spaghetti squash in its place! The spaghetti squash is approximately 10 carbs per delicious filling healthy cup!
I am trying my very best to share my tips, my successes, in my meals with you everyday. My success today is that I am still losing weight, and that for the past 4 days I have managed to be dedicated and stay on plan and it hasn’t always been easy! This morning I was happily surprised though to see that so far I have lost a total of 5 lb!
