9 days in and 7 lbs down!
I’ll take that!! It’s a small loss but I already feel it in my “comfort” level. I feel so much more energetic, and I feel less puffy!
Lunch today. I try to keep things healthy as to my version of what my body needs, as well as low carb.
This is my “Go to” and today’s Lunch. Breakfast was coffee with half and half and sugar free sweetener. As always.
