I never intended to do one meal a day but on low carb lately it has been happening with a low carb snack or 2 throughout the day. I do of course have coffee for breakfast but no meal.
I am not hungry often so I think less about food. I am not getting the shaky feeling that I used to get, a while after eating a sugary or carby food. When my blood sugar would crash so I’d eat more. Also, when I eat my BLD ( breakfast lunch and dinner) I eat something I love so it is totally satisfying and filling. Like today!


Chicken, bacon, cheese, ranch and lettuce!!!
So delicious and so low carb!
