Strawberry Low Carb Smoothie – Quick Easy Delicious ❤️

I love low carbing. My body feels better. Less congested… I feel it in my waist a lot even though the scale isn’t always as showing as I’d like it to be.

This is a delicious snack when you need SOMETHING!

I put 1/2 cup strawberries – 1 cup almond milk – 2 pkt sweetener of choice. I blended it in my mini food processor until shake / smoothie consistency and poured it over ice!

6 net carbs. Just over 50 calories. Lots and lots of delicious self indulgence for no guilt ( depending on who you are lol)
