Just made this Low Carb Crust!

2 cups walnuts and 4 tbsp processed in the food processor together until a smooth creamy texture. Holiday add two packets of artificial sweetener and mix a little more. Spray or butter the bottom of your pan. I spreaded the nut spread in the bottom of the pan and then I sprinkled approximately another half cup of nuts on top and then I baked it. I baked it for 15 minutes and a 350° oven. It does look a little brown so maybe 12 minutes might have been better but I do like toasted nuts, so it should be good!!!

I will put some sweet low carb cream cheese concoction on top of this for our family Labor Day gathering!!
