One of my childhood favorites! I remember it being made with Bologna but this, I made with ham. I suppose you can use either. I started by putting ham in my food processor.
Then I added dill pickles and celery to the food processor.
I also snuck in a few of these bread and butter pickles. (Even though they have a few carbs, the flavor needed it)
Everything is all processed and I added mayo … Not measured… Just until the taste was right. I also added a packet of artificial sweetener.
It was almost as good as I remember, and it made a great low carb lunch or snack!!
